"Couture" actually means stitching, not needlework exactly - but I think that translates correctly. "A la mode" means in style, while "moche" means ugly when you are referring to clothes. Q. I have alot of friends that have tattoos and I think they are really cool. However, I was told that there are needles and alot of pain involved. I am very scared of needles and I don't deal with pain to well. But after I had an NCV (nerve conductivity velocity/EMG (electromyography), broken wrist, neck sprain, a concussion, a pinched nerve in my neck, and really bad back pain due to scoliosis, I figured it couldn't get worse than that. I was wondering what the least painful place to get a tattoo is, how much needlework is involved, about how much you actually feel the needle, is it better with or without color, etc. I was thinking about getting a little sun about 2in x 2in, I drew it at work, on my right shoulder blade. A. from experience it does hurt but it will hurt less on a fatty spot because it can't hit a bone there. i have one on my back and it hurt like h***. but the pain went away pretty fast. a few of my friends were with me and had tattoos also, one on a leg and she thought it tickled, and her husband had one on his shoulder, said it hurt like getting a shot but wasn't too bad,,it just stung. in my opinion get the color..it looks nicer and sticks out more...like why would u have a coloring book if u werent going to color the pages...
